What you can save
RedVid hands you the media exactly as Reddit serves it — no recompression, no resizing, no watermark. When a post exposes several resolutions, RedVid links the highest-quality available source.
When a video post includes a separate audio track, RedVid adds it during the download so the saved file has sound.

There is nothing to install: RedVid runs in Safari, Chrome, or any modern browser. On iPhone, downloads land in the Files app; on Android and desktop, they go to the usual Downloads folder.

RapidSave not working? Common causes
When a Reddit downloader returns nothing, the post itself is usually the reason. Private, deleted, quarantined, or otherwise restricted posts cannot be processed, and text-only posts have no media to save.
Paste the public post permalink from Share → Copy Link rather than a copied preview URL, and retry after a short wait if the source had a temporary issue.
